APPLICATION
Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance. The deflocculated pigments exhibit fine particle sizes, resulting in high gloss, enhanced color strength, improved transparency for transparent pigments, and increased opacity for opaque pigments. It also reduces viscosity, improves flow properties, and allows higher pigment loading in color concentrates.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka-6062B demonstrates good compatibility with alkyd resins, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylates.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The following additions are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment weight:
Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%
Organic pigments: 10%–35%
Carbon black: 15%–75%
These are empirical values; optimal dosage should be determined through testing.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, add during the grinding stage before introducing pigments.
